Experienced New York Diagnostic Radiologist Dr. Damon Deteso
Based in Saratoga Springs, New York, Dr. Damon Deteso has worked as a private practice diagnostic radiologist at Millennium Medical Imaging since 2004. Over more than two decades in this position, Dr. Damon Deteso has gained extensive experience with computed tomography scans, magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear medicine X-rays, and ultrasound technology.
Dr. Damon Deteso’s responsibilities encompass five hospitals in the region, ranging from emergency room radiology to work in outpatient settings. For a time, he balanced his work as a private practice radiologist with his role as a medical consultant at Imagen Technologies, training an AI system to detect different pathologies on X-ray scans. In addition to his professional activities at Millennium Medical Imaging, he regularly attends radiology conferences. He has also published work with the Radiologic Society of North America.
A member of the American College of Radiology, Dr. Deteso earned his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester. He also studied physics at Holy Cross. He was a dean’s list student and a member of the Sigma Pi Sigma honor society for physics and astronomy.
